Anne Messer Trainer Profile
Anne is able to make a real difference through training, and this is what she loves and what inspires her about training. She is an excellent communicator with exceptional listening skills, and her ability to quickly understand her delegates and draw on real world management experience inspires and motivates her delegates.
Anne’s favourite training model is Situational Leadership because it can be applied in so many different ways. “No two individuals are the same so no one size of leadership fits all! Situational Leadership is about developing capabilities to deal with a wide range of people to create employee centric organisation.” Highly motivated and extremely hard working, Anne’s first class communication, facilitation and inter-personal skills enable her to communicate with clients at all levels and lead by example.
Anne is a qualified Business Coach, NVQ Assessor and experienced NLP trainer, as well as being an enthusiastic personal and management development skills trainer with over 18 years experience in training analysis, programme development and delivery and training operations management.
Asked to name her favourite course to deliver, Anne says “Tailored management development programmes because of the immediate impact behavioural changes can have.”
With a background in people management within the Service and Recruitment Industries, and her dedicated belief in the value of excellent quality training, Anne inspires positive change in her delegates.
Carol James Trainer Profile
Carol has extensive experience but it’s her passion and her innovative and open style that instils confidence in the delegates she trains. Her own resourcefulness and motivation rub off and she is dedicated to helping people be the best they can through learning. “I love seeing the confidence of participants grow as they learn and challenge themselves, as well as having the opportunity of meeting so many different people in so many different organisations.”
Carol's expertise is around people development. One of her favourite training models to use is the Relationship Styles Model because it’s so easy to understand. “Participants can relate it to themselves and others they work with. It helps us realise that other people aren’t difficult… just have different values and drivers to us!”
Carol is a professional development consultant experienced in creating leading edge training solutions. She has over 19 years of people development and training experience, specialising in management development, interpersonal skills and training techniques.
Through her compassionate and personable style, Carol promotes confidence and openness. Carol plays a fundamental role in need analysis, planning, design and delivery of development programmes and is passionate about providing innovative training supported with workplace observation and coaching.
If pushed to choose a favourite course to deliver, Carol says “it’s a close call between Presentation Skills (because I love to see the improvements made by the participants from Day 1 to Day 2. The confidence seems to multiply overnight!), Leadership Development (because you can see the metaphorical light bulbs switching on with each new topic and activity) and Coaching Skills (because I like it to be really interactive with participants coaching one another from the first activity of the day!)”
With a background in the forward thinking environment of Financial Services, she successfully adapts her skills to a diverse client base including manufacturing, aerospace, legal and the health care sectors as well as working with district and county councils.
We get excellent feedback from our clients - call us for a meeting and we will provide references and examples of training projects undertaken and results achieved
